INDUSTRIAL PSA NITROGEN GENERATOR
–This generator employs Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, using air as its only feed-stock. It achieves nitrogen-oxygen separation at room temperature via carbon molecular sieves to generate high-purity nitrogen on-site. The result is a continuous, on-demand supply that enhances operational independence and flexibility, eliminating the need for delivered gas.
The generator uses air as its raw material, which is first compressed and purified before entering an adsorption tower filled with carbon molecular sieves (CMS). Under high pressure, the CMS preferentially adsorbs oxygen, carbon dioxide, and water vapor, enabling nitrogen to be enriched and collected as the product gas. A dual-tower system alternates between adsorption and desorption cycles to achieve continuous and stable nitrogen production. The system offers a production capacity ranging from 5 to 5000 Nm3/h, with a purity of up to 99.999%.
